Terri has been helping people buy and sell real estate in the Raleigh/Durham area since 2007. She has extensive knowledge of the surrounding towns and schools and loves to share that knowledge with people to help them find the perfect home. Terri has a background in education and uses that skill set to help her clients be knowledgeable about all the details that impact their real estate purchase or sale. Her client’s are always appreciative of her professionalism, her calm under pressure and her experience negotiating in our competitive market.

In her down time she likes to kayak at Jordan Lake, antique hunt, and spend time with friends and family at one of the many fantastic restaurants or craft breweries in the area.
